DateTimeInput from @prepared911/ui/date-time-input collects one instant. A read-only trigger shows the value in the locale's date and time format. A popover holds the calendar, a list of times beside it, and Reset, Clear and Apply; a press in the popover changes a draft until Apply, and there is no confirm prop. The value is a Date. timeZone names the zone the value is read and written in; the trigger does not show it. The component does not convert through a helper in the app; pass the zone on the field.
